Next to winning multiple trophies for Orlando Pirates, Jose Riveiro is known for one big thing that his successor Abdeslam Ouaddou is tipped to take care of.
Apart from winning five trophies in three years at Pirates and becoming the most successful coach in the club’s PSL history and also playing attacking football, Riveiro is also notably hailed for awakening the development side at The Buccaneers.

He is the one credited with seeing first-team potential in the likes of Relebohile and Mohau Nkota and left having catapulted Mbezekile Mbokazi, who has in a few months already worn national colours.
One of the most important things to Bucs when pondering on the next coach would have been a tactician able to believe in youth and take care of their proper development into the first team.
According to former club goalkeeper Brighton Mhlongo, they appear to have found the right man in this area of development.
"I got the opportunity to chat with him, I think (during) the last Soweto Derby. Coincidentally, he was at the stadium courtesy of Betway. It showed the stars were aligning. He loved the atmosphere, he loved the Soweto derby," Mhlongo said on TimesLIVE YouTube Channel.
"I had a chat with him, he's one person who is very grounded, he's someone who is more about the players more than anything else. He's more about improving the players.

"He spoke about taking care of the livelihood of players in South Africa because he played at the highest level in France. So, he's someone who understands competitive football and at the same time he understands what development is all about. So, I think there's an alignment," he added.
The Moroccan-Frenchman kicked off pre-season preparations with his charges last Thursday.
