The story
Van Wyk and her Swedish partner, Julia Molin, welcomed their son, Reece Mikael van Wyk, in June this year, as the couple recently confirmed.

The pair have been together since 2021, reportedly first meeting while playing for the Scottish women’s club, Glasgow City.
Their bond deepened both professionally and personally when Molin joined JVW FC in 2023, a club owned by Van Wyk. Since then, their relationship has flourished, and now includes their beautiful son.
According to a recent post by the former Banyana captain, it appears the family had been apart for a while, but they have now joyfully reunited.
"Our hearts are full. Today, our little family is finally back together again," Van Wyk shared.
"This time, the reunion is even sweeter as we welcomed home our newest bundle of joy, baby Reece, into the pack. Home has never felt so complete."
