Word coming out of KZN is that Durban City FC remain undeterred by the accusations made against them by JDR Stars, while this website also got insight on what is at play in the complicated case.
The PSL has announced that there will be no trophy handover for the second tier after the final round of matches on Sunday.

City occupy top spot on 55 points, followed closely by Orbit College on 52.
As it stands, the log leaders have a superior goal difference of six goals.
According to a statement released by the League, the team finishing top on Sunday will have to wait longer for the trophy due to ongoing off-field legal matters.
KickOff.com understands that JDR Stars played their fixture against Simo Dladla's charges under protest, claiming Saziso Magawana had been incorrectly registered.
They allege the club signed him unlawfully while he was still contracted to Marumo Gallants.
A source at the latter stated that JDR Stars believe the clearance for the right winger should have come from Leruma United, not Gallants, as the sale included all the players.
"Apparently, when Leruma United bought the status of Gallants, they also acquired the entire team, including the players. However, what is strange is that if that were the case, why did Gallants issue the boy a clearance if he was no longer their player?" says a source.

"They claim the clearance Durban City obtained from Gallants is invalid. According to them, it is Leruma United who should have issued the boy with a clearance, not Gallants. The whole thing points at Leruma, simply because they do not want to be relegated, so this is going to be an interesting case."
The informant says what needs to be verified is the exact date Leruma bought Gallants and the exact date the player's clearance was issued.
"The boy does have a clearance in his possession wherever he is, as he obtained it from Gallants. I remember the boy had to drive from Durban to Pretoria just to return a Gallants tracksuit."
