The sad reality facing Nasreddine Nabi as he ends his first season in charge at Kaizer Chiefs will be demonstrated in how lowly he has fared in this job compared to his last two.
Nabi will call the shots for the last time this term as Chiefs host Polokwane City at FNB Stadium on Saturday (15:00).

It is a game that will carry the worth of taking the Naturena-based team into the Top Eight bracket if they gather all three points.
This 2024/25 season will also be only the fourth throughout the PSL era history which ends with Amakhosi failing to get into double numbers on the winning column in the league.
They had nine victories in the 2018/19 season, eight in 2020/21, and nine last term.
Then, so far this season, Chiefs have won eight from 27 games and can only reach nine if they get all three points against Polokwane.
That win will push them to sixth at best if other results go their way.
Nine victories throughout a full league campaign will come with the irritation of the lowest finish for Nabi.
At eight wins in 27 matches, Nabi has a 29,6% win rate in the league with a game to spare.
He will move up to 32% if Chiefs win against Polokwane.
The one plus for the Tunisian-Belgian has been that he was able to end the 10-year silverware drought.
Compared to his two previous jobs where he spent at least one full season, his league wins at Chiefs compares poorly to AS FAR and Young Africans.
Throughout the single season that Nabi spent with AS FAR in Morocco last season, he finished second in the league.
That runners-up place came after 22 wins in 30 matches and being beaten to the title by a single point.
This was a 73% win rate.
In the two years prior to his time in Morocco, Nabi won the league in consecutive years with Young Africans in Tanzania.
The first title was won with 22 wins from 30 matches as Yanga ended 13 points ahead of their biggest rivals Simba.
