Just like has become custom, Mushekwi scored on Sunday as K’un City won 3-1 against Nanjing City.
He netted the opener as his club came within 15 points of their promotion target with 14 games to play.
The latest goal means the veteran marksman has scored more than half of his club’s goals this season with 10 to his name out of 19 for the team.
The Chinese League One runs on a calendar year and there are 14 games to play for K'un City.
For Mushekwi, his latest double numbers mean he has been on at least 10 goals for 12 of the last 15 years that he has played professional football in South Africa, Sweden, and China.
Last season, he hit the back of the net 27 times across all competitions.
