Manchester City 6-1 Wycombe Wanderers

Manchester City completed a 6-1 drubbing of Wycombe Wanderers after the League One side had taken a shock early lead.

Brandon Hanlan stunned the Premier League side with a 22nd minute opener.

However, Kevin de Bruyne, Riyad Mahrez (2), Phil Foden, Ferran Torres and Cole Palmer found the back of the net for Pep Guardiola's side.

Fulham 0-0 Leeds United (Leeds United won 6-5 on penalties)

Leeds United scraped past Fulham on penalties to advance to the Carabao Cup fourth round.

The sides could not be separated over 90 minutes and a thrilling penalty shootout saw the Yorkshiremen advance after Rodrigo Muniz had fluffed his lines with the Cottagers' eighth kick.

Norwich City 0-3 Liverpool

Liverpool booked their place in the fourth round with a 3-0 victory over Norwich City at Carro Road

Takumi Minamino grabbed a brace, while Divock Origi also scored as Jurgen Klopp fielded a largely second-string side.

Queens Park Rangers 2-2 Everton (QPR won 8-7 on penalties)

Queens Park Rangers sent Everton crashing out of the Carabao Cup after a dramatic penalty shootout.

Lucas Digne and Andros Townsend got the goals for the Toffees, while Charlie Austin netted a quickfire double for QPR as the match went to penalties.

After the sides had each slotted their opening seven penalties, Tom Davies missed the Toffees' eighth before Jimmy Dunne netted the decisive spot-kick for the Championship side.

Sheffield United 2-2 Southampton (Southampton won 4-2 on penalties)

Southampton edged past Sheffield United on penalties to advance to the next round.

Enda Stevens gave the Blades an early lead before Ibrahima Diallo and Mohammed Salisu put the Saints in front. Ollie McBurnie scored to send the match to penalties where he and Rhian Brewster missed before Oriol Romeu sent Southampton into the next round.
