Simba SC are now said to have placed a big pricetag on one of their players who was recently linked with Kaizer Chiefs.
Chiefs have already confirmed two signings ahead of their pre-season camp in the Netherlands.
These include two South African stars signed from abroad — the Durban-born duo Ethan Chislett and Nkanyiso Shinga.

Reports suggest more new faces are expected to arrive at the club, with a move for Portuguese striker Flavio Silva already being mooted.
Notably, it has been widely reported that Chiefs have been scouting the Tanzanian Premier League, with coach Nasreddine Nabi even spotted in the country last month.
Among those linked with Chiefs in Tanzania is Simba SC forward Jean Charles Ahoua.
According to AfricaFoot.com, Simba are now demanding nearly 350 million FCFA (approximately R11 million) to sell the Ivorian star.
Chiefs are reportedly not the only suitors interested in Ahoua’s signature, with AfricaFoot.com claiming that Spanish second-tier side Almeria are also keen on the player but consider his new price tag too high.
Furthermore, Simba are said to be open to allowing the player to leave during the current window, as he now has just one year remaining on his contract.
