Five international stars linked with Chiefs

Kaizer Chiefs have been strongly linked with several international stars in recent transfer windows, here are five players believed to be of interest to Amakhosi.

Since Nasreddine Nabi's appointment at the beginning of the 2024/25 season, the Tunisian coach has been focused on enhancing crucial areas of the squad he has taken over.

A number of players have been mentioned as being on the Glamour Boys' wish list, but a few have had more significant links with the club than others.

In-demand Pyramids FC striker Fiston Mayele has been strongly linked with the Naturena-based giants, but they now face tough competition with Orlando Pirates and Al Ahly also reportedly joining the pursuit of the 30-year-old Congolese international.

Azam FC's Feisal "Fei Toto" Salum is one of the players said to be Amakhosi's top priorities. Multiple reports recently suggested that the player could even seek to force a move from the Tanzanian outfit.

Conversely, during the last January transfer window, local reports indicated that the Betway Premiership giants were eager to secure Young African talent Clement Mzize.

Nevertheless, the potential transfer did not materialize between the two parties, but it is still understood that Chiefs have him in their sights.

As reported by Soccer Laduma, Belgian striker Josh Eppiah is the player being targeted by some of the Betway Premiership teams and has been offered to the Motaung-owned club.
