Kaizer Chiefs' Bruce Bvuma to miss out in Bafana Bafana rotation policy

South Africa are set to return to international action on Friday when they meet West African rivals Guinea in France, before travelling to Lille four days later to face reigning world champions, France.

Ahead of the highly-anticipated doubleheader, national team coach Hugo Broos has revealed that he intends to give every player in his 23-man squad an opportunity to enjoy minutes on the pitch, with the potential exception of third-choice goalkeeper Bruce Bvuma.

"As I said before, I will give an opportunity to every player who has been selected to play," Broos said ahead of Friday's match against Guinea.

"There will be some players who play all of the games, and some will play maybe one half, but 22 players because tomorrow [Veli] Mothwa will play and on Tuesday Ronwen [Williams] will play so maybe Bvuma won't get any minutes but the other 20 players will play at least a half."

Broos also revealed that he would opt for different tactics against Guinea and France and that different personnel would be required against the differing opponents.

"...The tactic will not be the same against Guinea and against France," he added. "This is normal. So, we will see. Watch the games on Friday and Tuesday to see how we play, but like I said, every player will have the minutes to play."
