Two more signings spotted at Chiefs Village

In addition to three signings already unveiled, two more new signings have been pictured at the club's training base in Naturena.

On Tuesday, Amakhosi announced three new signings for the 25/26 season as Ethan Chislett, Flavio Silva and Nkanyiso Shinga all put pen to paper on their respective contracts with the Soweto giants.

Chiefs are strengthening the side ahead of their pre-season tour in the Netherlands, with their departure date set for Friday.

Ahead of that trip, Chiefs have also been widely linked with the signatures of Thabiso Monyane and Paseka Mako although that had been no confirmation from the club.

That somewhat changed on Wednesday afternoon when the duo appeared briefly in a behind-the-scenes clip uploaded on the Kaizer Chiefs YouTube channel, believed to have been recorded this week.

Mako and Monyane are both understood to have opted against renewing their contracts at Pirates in search of regular game-time.

The soon-to-be announced pair will add vital experience to a Chiefs defence that has been found lacking on recent occasions.

Monyane will face Dillan Solomons and Reece Frosler for a spot in the right back position, while a move version Mako will be against Bradley Cross for a spot at left-back.

The former Buccaneers will be with Kaizer Chiefs on their tour of the Netherlands. Dutch side FC Utrecht will be Amakhosi's first pre-season opponents on 11 July.
