It is now reported that Esperance de Tunis have received a formal offer for Elias Mokwana from a European club.
Mokwana enjoyed a superb debut season at Espérance, having clinched a domestic treble with the Tunisian giants.
Moreover, the South African star featured in every match at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

He ended his season with seven goals and four assists in 38 appearances across all competitions, according to Transfermarkt.
The Bafana Bafana international is now said to have attracted interest from Europe just one season into his three-year contract at Espérance.
Various reports in Tunisia claim that Russian club FC Dinamo Makhachkala have made an official offer to sign Mokwana on loan.
News outlet Koora Fact reports that the offer is a season-long loan with an option to buy.
It is said that a decision will be made following an expected meeting between Espérance management and Mokwana's representatives.
The Russian side finished 11th in the country’s top flight last season, collecting just 29 points from 30 matches.
Notably, Russian clubs remain banned from all UEFA and FIFA competitions due to the war in Ukraine.
