De Sa approached for another PSL job

The City ‘gig’ came after having spent time on the international scene as assistant coach to Carlos Queiroz in national team jobs of Egypt, Iran, and Qatar.

His last top league coaching job was at Platinum Stars seven years ago and has also coached Orlando Pirates, Bidvest Wits, Ajax Cape Town, Maritzburg United, and Santos.

It has now emerged that De Sa has had recent discussions about the Marumo Gallants job for next season.

This website has confirmation that talks did take place, though there is no guarantee that De Sa will take the job.

Gallants have been led by Abdeslam Ouaddou since February after they parted ways with Dan Malesela.

The Moroccan-Frenchman arrived at Gallants having worked in DR Congo, Benin, Morocco, Algeria, and France before.
