Whatever Iqraam Rayners ever imagined when he moved joined Mamelodi Sundowns, has turned into reality in just over 10 months into his time at Chloorkop.
Rayners made the switch to Sundowns at the end of August last year after the boy-out-clause in his contract was triggered.

Since then, the 29-year-old has made good of his time at Chloorkop.
Fourteen league goals in 26 appearances is always a healthy return anywhere in the world.
He scored in the finals of the CAF Champions League and Carling Knockout.
Then out at the FIFA Club World Cup he had two strikes to his name, scoring the winner against Ulsan HD in what was Sundowns’ first ever win at this competition.
His second came in the 4-3 defeat to Borussia Dortmund.
This ultimately meant Rayners ended the season a goal/assist with every 98 minutes that he has played for The Brazilians.
He played 3238 minutes for the club (46 appearances) with a return of 24 goals and 9 assists.
The consequence of all this is that his value has taken another step upon the end of his first season.

With questions having been asked about who Rayners is, getting him out of Sundowns will cost upwards of R25 million based on what he has done in his first season at the club.
This will be well above double what the champions paid in bringing him back to Gauteng after his previous stint with SuperSport United.
Rayners' bank balance has also obviously grown fat.
