Galaxy drops rocketing Ndebele-inspired kits

TS Galaxy have become the latest Betway Premiership club to unveil their official home and away kits — this time with a striking Ndebele-inspired design. Here's a look!

The story

South African clubs have been launching new kits left, right and centre in recent weeks.
Among them are the likes of Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns, and AmaZulu.

With the MTN8 kicking off the new season, TS Galaxy have unsurprisingly revealed their latest gear for the 2025/26 campaign.

The Tim Sukazi-owned side will begin their season with an MTN8 away fixture against Sekhukhune United — and the club has dropped a hint at what they might wear.

TS Galaxy’s new kit offers a fresh aesthetic, doing away with the club’s usual abstract designs.

This time, they have incorporated more meaningful motifs, introducing the Umgwalo Ndebele patterns.

These traditional designs are deeply rooted in culture, often regarded as a visual form of storytelling and a heartfelt tribute to the Ndebele people.

The Rockets’ away strip is equally impressive, featuring a sleek blue design adorned with Ndebele prints around the neck and sleeves.
