Is this really Pirates' 25/26 home kit?

Images of Orlando Pirates’ potential home kit for the 2025/26 season have reportedly been leaked. Here’s a look!

The story

Various global sportswear brands have already unveiled striking new kits for next season.

Teams participating in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup have showcased some impressive designs, particularly those endorsed by PUMA.

PUMA collaborated with KidSuper, a hybrid art and fashion label founded by artist Colm Dillane.

Adidas has also begun releasing kits for some of its club partners, including Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Al Ahly.

However, the brand has yet to unveil the new kit for the only South African club it sponsors — the Buccaneers.

FootyHeadlines, a platform dedicated to football kits and boots, indicates that Pirates’ new kit may already have been leaked.

The platform notes that the authenticity of the initial leak cannot be definitively confirmed as yet, but the design adopts Adidas’ new kit template — one already used for teams such as Real Madrid and Manchester United.

The design features Pirates’ traditional black silhouette, with strips of red lining running along the side panels and neckline.
