My Dream Team - Zebulon 'Sputla' Nhlapo

In the latest edition of My Dream Team, Kaizer Chiefs legend Zebulon 'Sputla' Nhlapo chooses the best eleven players he featured alongside in his legendary career.

What's your formation of choice?

"4-3-3. We would be an attacking team. We were always attacking."

Goalkeeper...

"Peta Bala'c. This one was a true goalkeeper. He had a similar style to Brian Baloyi. He had good handling skills. Peter is originally from England."

Defenders...

"Ryder Mofokeng will play as a right-back. A hard worker. A hard tackler who was good with his head.

"At left-back, let's put Yster Sekwane. He played as a left-back for more than 10 years while right-footed.

"Centre-back will be Simon 'Bull' Lehoko.

"Sylvester Kole will be the other centre-back. To be honest, this is the man who used to put Jomo Sono in his pocket. You had to know your story to mark Jomo. You see, Professor Ngubane played, but Jomo was even better."

Midfielders...

"Wellington Manyathi. A very good hardworker.

"I will also put in Ace Ntsoelengoe. He used to control the match. He was very smart.

"I will also add Teenage Dladla on the left."

Strikers...

"On the left, I will put Shaka Ngcobo. UShaka Akashayeki. Valdez.

"In the middle, I will go for Samora Khulu. That guy had a mean shot.

"I will put myself on the right. Aai mina bengibadaka. I am the one who introduced the Step Over here in South Africa."

Substitutes...

"My reserve goalkeeper will be Joseph Sethlodi.

"In defence, it's Jingles Perreira. A black man in white skin.

"In midfield, I will have Fetsi Molatedi.

"My reserve striker is Scara Thindwa. He packed a mean shot."

Coach...

"Pro Khumalo and Joseph Sethlodi. We won many titles in 1981 with these two as co-coaches. They know how Kaizer Chiefs should play."
