Kaizer Chiefs star Khama Billiat has touched down in his hometown Harare to catch a much-needed break from football and all its strings. Here's a look!
The story
Having had a turbulent 2021/22 campaign at Naturena, many Chiefs ballers will be disappointed with how things panned out last season as they finished in the fifth position, failing to secure a spot in CAF competitions.
The majority of the players underperformed, while Billiat had a relatively decent season contributing 16 goal involvements in 29 matches across all competitions. Nevertheless, it is now time to recoup, and the pacy winger is certainly doing just that back in his hometown in Zimbabwe.

Nothing like home
We imagine that going home brings an unparalleled level of tranquillity as the common saying "there's nothing like home" suggests. The 31-year-old has been posting some images of those close to him, most likely friends and family, as he appears to be relaxed and enjoying the off-season.
Billiat, who is very much a spiritual person, also seems to have a cute fluffy friend, which looks like a Pomeranian dog.
A known fashionista, the former Mamelodi Sundowns attacker was seen wearing trendy white Crocs and a ski mask.
Did you know?
Billiat announced his retirement from international football earlier this year, leaving The Warriors after amassing 51 caps, according to Transfermarkt.
