Pitso Mosimane's Abha FC suffered relegation to the second tier in Saudi Arabia after falling to Al-Hazm on Monday night.
Abha were undoubtedly in high spirits heading into the clash after moving out the relegation zone last Thursday with a vital win over Al Khaleej.
Mosimane did not tinker with the starting line-up that much, as Fahad Jumayah made way for Meshal Al Mutain at right-back as the only change from Thursday's win.

Al-Hazm, who were already relegated, had most of the possession in the first half but were unable to find a way past the Abha defence.
After a goalless period, Abha came out firing in the second half and were rewarded two minutes in Ahmed Abdu Jaber found the back of the net.
Mosimane's side suffered a set-back just before the hour mark when Al-Hazm levelled matters via the boot of Muhammed Badamosi to set up a tense final 30 minutes in the second half.
However, Abha's fate was sealed with ten minutes to play after Mohammed Al-Thani secured the winning goal for the home side.
Following the defeat, Mosimane's side dropped to 16th spot after fellow relegation rivals Al Akhdoud beat Al-Tai to save their top-flight status.
