The draw for the League Phase of the UEFA Champions League was made on Thursday evening.
Last season, UEFA moved away from the regular group stage phase and made one big group, with each team playing eight matches in the league phase.
French giants Paris Saint-Germain were the first winners under the new format last campaign.
UEFA will announce the fixtures and the times this weekend.
One of the big fixtures in the league phase will see Liverpool hosting Real Madrid, with Trent Alexander-Arnold returning to Anfield.
