Salah, 25, has been one of the standout performers in Europe with 44 goals across all competitions, including 10 en route to UEFA Champions League final.
However, his participation in Kiev against Real was cruelly ended after just 30 minutes after a tussle with Ramos, which saw him leave the field in tears and put his FIFA World Cup participation in doubt.
"Ramos intentionally injured Mo Salah and should be punished about his actions," Egyptian Lawyer Bassem Wahba said, as quoted by The Independent. "I've filed a lawsuit and a complaint to Fifa.
"I'll ask for compensation, which could exceed €1bn, for the physical and psychological harm that Ramos gave Salah and the Egyptian people."
Wahba pledged to donate any money earned to the country’s Long Live Egypt Fund.
