Having been hammered 9–0 by a Sadio Mane-inspired Al Nassr, Knowledge Musona and his side, Al-Okhdood Club, are desperately fighting to avoid relegation from the Saudi Pro League.
On Thursday, Al-Ittihad claimed the 2024/25 Saudi Pro League title with two matches to spare, earning the likes of N’Golo Kante, Karim Benzema, and Fabinho their first piece of silverware since moving to Saudi Arabia.

However, at the opposite end of the table are Al-Okhdood, who sit second from bottom in 17th place.
Musona’s side recently suffered a humiliating 9–0 defeat to Al Nassr in their most recent outing, with two-time CAF Footballer of the Year, Mane, scoring four goals.
The result means Al-Okhdood are now four points from safety, with three matches remaining against Al Feiha, Al-Raed, and Al-Khaleej.
Worryingly, even if Musona’s club win all their remaining games, they will still need other results to go their way.
Notably, this is Musona’s first season at Al-Okhdood, having joined the club as a free agent in August 2024.
The former Kaizer Chiefs star has registered five goals and one assist in 27 appearances this term, according to Transfermarkt.
