Barcelona have been looking to bolster their defence with reports in Spain suggesting Manchester City's Eric Garcia has become their primary target for the off-season transfer window.
It seems a deal for Garcia could be possible after City manager Pep Guardiola confirmed the Spanish defender has rejected a new deal with the English outfit.
Even after the Garcia news, Turkish publication NTV Spor claim Leicester's star central defender Caglar Soyuncu has landed on Barcelona's radar and willing to make an offer.
The report adds that the Turkish defender is willing to agree to a five-year contract with the Catalan giants but only if the two clubs agree on a fee.
The 24-year-old was also a reported target for the Citizens in recent months, but Pep Guardiola has already signed Dutch defender Nathan Ake from Bournemouth in a deal said to be worth £40-million.
