Romano added that the 20-year-old will initially join the Castilla team, who are currently coached by former player Alvaro Arbeloa.

The Moroccan striker is expected to replace Gonzalo Garcia, who has been promoted to the first team where he is impressing at the FIFA Club World Cup.

Fettal, who is a U-20 Morocco international, made 17 appearances in the Segunda Division for Almeria last season.
