South African coach Rulani Mokwena is reportedly among the front-runners for an African club, who were recently crowned league champions.
Young Africans are seemingly set to announce a new head coach in the near future following the departure of Miloud Hamdi, who since taken up a coaching role at Egyptian side Ismaily SC.
Yanga completed a famous treble under Hamdi, which included securing the Tanzanian Premier League title in their final game against rivals Simba SC.

As a result, Yanga will also be competing in the CAF Champions League this coming season.
According to Pan-Africa Football, Mokwena is among those being considered for the vacant job.
Mokwena has been a free agent since parting ways with Moroccan giants Wydad Casablanca in May after spending just one season with the club.
The report adds that the Tanzanian champions are aiming to bring in a 'foreign' coach before their pre-season begins.
“We have talked to several coaches, we have been cutting down the numbers, and we now have the man to take us forward and he will be unveiled in due course,” a source told Pan-Africa Football.
When pressed for names, the source added, “No, I can’t give you any of the names for now, but know that very soon we will unveil a new foreign coach.”
