Egyptian giants Al Ahly have reportedly refused to sell one of their star players heading into the new season.
Star attacker Imam Ashour is currently out injured after suffering a broken collarbone against Inter Miami in the team's FIFA Club World Cup opener last month.

Reports claimed that Ashour had received an offer from Saudi Pro League club Al-Akhdoud and negotiations had taken place.
However, Kooora have now reported that Al Ahly have no desire to sell Ashour and are preparing a new deal for the player.
"Everything circulating about negotiations with Al-Akhdoud is untrue," a source told Kooora.
"What happened was that the player's agent was the one who mentioned an offer, but Al-Ahly did not receive any official communication in this regard.
"There is no intention to abandon Imam Ashour. We held a meeting with the player to agree on extending and amending his contract. He made some demands, which we will present to Mahmoud El Khatib, the club president. We are certain to reach an agreement that is mutually acceptable.
"Imam Ashour is a very important player, and even if we receive an official offer, we will not discuss it, based on the technical staff's vision.
