SuperSport United baller Keenan Phillips flexes R5.5m Rolls Royce

SuperSport United's rising star Keenan Phillips recently caught the eye on social media after he pulled up in an R5.5 million Rolls Royce Phantom.

Most footballers end up buying or renting a luxury car in their lifetime but only a small few get the chance to drive a world-renowned vehicle. It appears that the defender recently had the opportunity to enjoy one of the most expensive motors in South Africa.

The South African under-20 player took to social media to show off a Rolls Royce that appears to be a 2012 version. Phillips seemingly used this car to attend a formal event with his partner.

The right-back also confirmed in the comments on Instagram that he drove the motor that is valued to be in the region of R5 599 000, according to Autotrader.

It remains unknown if the DStv Premiership player owns the ride or if he rented it.

Luxury ride's features

However, it still must have been a luxurious experience to drive the car as Motortrend reveals that it is powered by a 6.7-liter 453-hp and 531 lb-ft of torque direct-injected V-12, to ensure that you can pick up speed at ease.

With regards to comfort, the interior is one of the nicest places to be in as it contains experience materials such as lamb's wool carpets that truly help design the most enjoyable experiences.

Phillips was part of the famed Old Mutual Academy in Pinelands, Cape Town, which nurtured AmaZulu captain Tapelo Xoki and former Orlando Pirates midfielder Mark Mayambela, according to local media.
