Baroka FC have signed former Chippa United goalkeeper Zama Dlamini

The former Chippa United shot-stopper has penned a two-year deal with Bakgaga.

Dlamini replaces Virgil Vries, who parted ways with the club at the end of last season. Vries has since joined Kaizer Chiefs and will be an understudy to Amakhosi captain Itumeleng Khune.

Bakgaga CEO Morgan Mammila confirmed that his team have captured the services of Dlamini.

“He has signed with us. He is going to be part of our squad this coming season,” Mammila said.

Baroka have been busy in the market, bringing in new players in an effort to improve on last season’s struggles. They started the campaign well, but ended up having to survive on the final day of the season.
