The Footballers Union of South Africa [FUSA] says the Premier Soccer League would be doing a huge injustice to players if they were to approve the sale of Moroka Swallows.
Swallows' current owners have put the former Soweto giants' PSL status on sale.

Current chairman David Mogashoa is struggling to run the club due to a lack of sponsorship and is believed to be talking to a few suitors.
FUSA secretary-general Taelo Motloung says what is painful about the situation is that the current Swallows players are not even aware they are about to be jobless.
"I think the deal mustn't be approved because Swallows is owing players money," FUSA secretary-general Taelo Motloung tells KickOff.
"Swallows should first disclose to their players that they are selling, and sort out the issues of Pay As You Earn and stuff, otherwise players will be left with debts.
"Before the deal is approved, Swallows should disclose everything to their players.
"It's a good thing the club is being sold, but they must first sort out the SARS issues. They must pay the players.
"At this stage, Swallows management has said nothing to the players. The players must be informed. They are in the dark.
"Their players are currently enjoying the break, they are only going to find out during pre-season that the club is no more.

"At the moment, these players have only learnt about this in the media, nobody from the club has addressed them.
"Employees are very important when you are about to make such a decision.
Some of the potential buyers that are being mentioned are swimming in debt, they are still owing their players, so how does the PSL approve that?"
