KickOff has learned that there is a sense of anxiety within the newly established Siwelele FC camp as the upcoming season approaches with several key issues hanging in the balance.
Siwelele FC will compete in the top tier in 2025/26 after acquiring the status of SuperSport United during the off-season.

Sources have indicated the club is facing challenges in making decisions about trialists currently at the training ground, as they are still in the process of searching for a head coach.
Andre Arendse has been considered for the position if the club cannot secure a head coach soon.
He is currently overseeing training sessions having managed stepped in on an interim basis at Matsatsantsa after the club parted ways with Gavin Hunt.
Stan Matthews, CEO at the now-defunct outfit, currently holds the same position at Siwelele FC.
He could not be reached for comment.
"It's three weeks until the start of the season, and still no head coach has been appointed, nor have there been any new signings. The situation has been confusing," a source informed KickOff.com.
