Coach Rulani Mokwena has sent a message to Wydad Casablanca, who have now officially confirmed his departure.
The South African tactician did not take charge of the team's last three games in the Moroccan top-flight after being granted special leave at the start of last month.
The club have now confirmed they have mutually agreed to part ways with Mokwena and his technical team.
