Four South African attackers found their names on the scoresheets, while there were winning debuts for Gift Links and Refiloe Jane.   Several of the players who were called up to Bafana Bafana and the South Africa U23 side had to settle for place on the bench in Europe this weekend.   However, there were a few standout performers from lesser-known names to South African football audiences.   Kurt Abrahams    Abrahams got himself on the scoresheet again for Westerlo in their 1-1 draw with Lokeren in the Proximus League.   The South African forward's goal kept his side at the summit of the Belgian second-tier after five games.   Keanin Ayer    Ayer, 19, played the full duration of Varberg BoIs 1-1 draw with Norby in the Superettan this weekend.   The unfavourable result saw his side drop down to fourth place in the 16-team division after leading the table for most of the season.   Only seven games remaining for the South African teenager to help his side earn promotion now.   Pule Ekstein    The struggles for Ekstein's Sabah FC continued as they lost 1-0 to Gabala, leaving them at the foot of the table after four games.   Gift Links    The promising winger made his AGF debut as a late second-half substitute in the SuperLiga this weekend as his side thumped AalBorg 3-0.   Victory lifted his new side into third place in the Danish top-flight.   Refiloe Jane    The Banyana Banyana star made her official AC Milan debut and played the full 90 minutes as they beat AS Roma 3-0 in the opening match of the Serie A Women's League.   Leo Thethani / Dean Solomons   Thethani came on as a 71st minute substitute for Jong Ajax in a 3-2 defeat at the hands of De Graafschap in the Eerste Divisie - Dean Solomns was an unused substitute.   The defeat saw Ajax drop down to 11th place in the Dutch second-tier but have a chance of moving up the table when they face Jong Ajax on Monday evening.   Kamohelo Mokotjo / Tom Barkhuizen   Kamo featured the final half hour of Brentford's 2-0 defeat against Preston North End in the SkyBet Championship, in which Barkhuizen netted the second of the game.   The defeat for the Bees sees them drop into 18th place in the 24-team division, while PNE move up to fifth place.   Lebo Mothiba    Mothiba featured the final 12 minutes of Strasbourg's 1-0 defeat against PSG, as Neymar netted the winner.   As a result, RCS drop down to 18th place in Ligue 1.   Tumi Moshobane    The ex-Kaizer Chiefs midfielder maintained his impressive form of late with another brace in the USL League One.   Lansing Ignite's 4-3 win over Chattanooga moved them into second place, while Moshobane took his overall tally to 10 goals and four assists in 22 games.   Lars Veldwijk    The Bafana Bafana striker was a 46th minute substitute for Sparta Rotterdam in a heavy 5-1 defeat to AZ Alkmaar in the Eredivisie.   Veldwijk was unable to add to his three goals in his sixth appearance as his side dropped down to seventh place in the 18-team league.   Mihlali Mayambela    Another full 90 minutes for Mayambela in the Portugese second-tier and his first goal of the season in a 3-0 win over Vilafranquense.   After five games played, Farense look poised for a promotion push this season in second place.   Luther Singh    Singh returned to Portugal after duty with South Africa U23 but had to make due with a place on the bench.   Moreirense's suffered a 2-0 defeat to Santa Clara, as Singh was introduced in the 54th minute of their Primeira Liga outing.    The defeat leaves them in eighth place in the 18-team division, while Singh has yet to add to his debut goal after three games.   Thulani Serero    'Cream' played the full 90 minutes for Al Jazira in a 1-0 victory over Al-Nasr Salalah in the Round of 32 of the Mohammed Championship Cup.   Lyle Foster/ Percy Tau   Both South African's were on the bench in the Bruges derby after their international breaks.   Only Foster made it onto the pitch as a 65th minute substitute for Cercle Brugge, but it was Tau's Club Brugge who walked away with maximim points in a 2-0 win.   Tau's side remain in second, while Foster's Cercle are in 15th place.   Keagan Dolly    Dolly was a late substitute for Montipellier HSC as they claimed a 2-1 victory over OGC Nice to move them into the top-half of the table.   Darren Keet   The Bafana Bafana stopper was an unused substitute for OH Leuven as they drew 1-1 against Union St Galloise in the Proximus League.   Bongani Zungu   Zungu was an unused substitute as Amiens drew 2-2 with Olympique Lyon to move into 16th place in Ligue 1.
