This was revealed by South African Football Players' Union (SAPFU) deputy general secretary Calvin Motloung after his meeting with TTM players and management in Braamfontein.
The Players' Union met with the Limpopo-based side last week in a bid to sort out their ongoing issues of outstanding salaries.
TTM has been sold to Polokwane-based businessman Abram Sello, who is expected to be officially unveiled by the club on Friday pending the approval of the deal by the PSL.
Motloung has since revealed that some of the players at TTM do not even have copies of their contracts with the club.
"The other sad part that we discovered during the meeting is that some of the players did not have copies of the contracts they signed with the team, and pages were missing in some contract documents," Motloung tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"The problem was that some players, especially those coming from rural areas, were scared to talk in fear of losing their jobs at TTM. It was only the senior and established players that had the guts to talk about their problems in the team."
SAFPU met with TTM players and management again this week to iron out these issues as the sale from current owner Lawrence Mulaudzi to Sello is expected to go through on Thursday.
