Khuzwayo is amongst the new faces called up by national team coach Ephraim 'Shakes' Mashaba for the African Nations Cup qualifiers against Sudan and Nigeria this month.
Other new call-ups include Platinum Stars pair Siyabonga Mpontshane and Luvolwethu Mpeta as well as Orlando Pirates defender Ntsikelelo Nyauza and striker Lehlohonolo Majoro.

Shongwe says Khuzwayo has done enough to earn the accolades.
"You must understand that coach Shakes is selecting players based on their form," Shongwe tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"Currently we don't have to look further than Brilliant Khuzwayo. He has shown us that he has what it takes to play for the national team. Whether he will be the number one keeper [for Bafana] I am not sure but Brilliant has been good and deserves the call-up.
'Cool Cat' believes the Amakhosi keeper is on the right track to reach greater heights in his football career.
"There is no doubt he is one for the future. He came to Chiefs as an understudy and a hopeful. When he came to Chiefs, he said he will wait for his chance but he is also here to fight for the number one jersey. He had his mission and has impressed so far with his performances," adds Shongwe.
