Bayern Munich boss Carlo Ancelotti eyes victory beers against Koln

The Italian suffered his first defeat in charge of the Bavarians when they went down 1-0 to Atletico Madrid in a tough Champions League Group D encounter on Wednesday.

Nonetheless, Ancelotti still boasts a perfect winning record in the Bundesliga with Bayern and is also undefeated in domestic cup competitions as well.

The 2015/16 Bundesliga champions top the standings in Germany and will no doubt look to extend their advantage against Koln at the Allianz Arena in Munich. With that said, the Billy Goats are a competitive outfit under manager Peter Stoger, and currently sit in fourth place in the standings.

Bayern's manager expects to see a strong performance from his side and promised to drink some beer if they can collect the three points.

He told the club's official website: "We have to stay calm and continue with confidence. We're a strong team, in the Bundesliga as well as in Europe, and we have to prove it in every single match. If we take three points against Koln I'll drink three beers, perhaps even four."
