Aviwe Nyamende not worried about Bloemfontein Celtic Witbank Spurs Nedbank Cup case

Mapulane recently told this publication that as BTM Sports (formerly known as Witbank Spurs) they are 99 percent sure they will win their case against the player.

According to Mapulane, the player signed a contract with Celtic while he still had a contract with Spurs earlier this year.

Because Nyamende then played in the Nedbank Cup for Celtic against AmaZulu in February, Mapulane believes Phunya Sele Sele could lose their semi-final place.

Though he refused to dwell much on the matter, Nyamende did say he will wait for the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber to rule on the matter.

"Ja let's just wait for the DRC to make a decision on the matter, but I have no comment on the matter," Nyamende tells snl24.com/kickoff.

"I wouldn't say that I'm going to win the case or not. So if they find me guilty, let's just wait for the date of the case. I have no comment to say in the media, everything will just be decided at the DRC."

Nyamende says so far he has not been affected by any of these accusations.

"No, I'm not affected by anything. I'm just waiting for the DRC, that's all. Just to get over with the case and see what their judgment is going to be."
