Mapulane is accusing Siwelele of not properly registering Aviwe Nyamende after signing him from ABC Motsepe League side BTM Sports (formerly Witbank Spurs).
According to Mapulane, the defender is still their player and joined Celtic while he still had a contract with Spurs. He was not issued a clearance certificate.
"They are not going there my brother [to the semi-final]," Mapulane insists in an interview with snl24.com/kickoff.
"Nande Becker [PSL prosecutor] gave me a reply. I got a response saying after all these things [national lockdown] the sitting is going to take place. We will be summoned to the Dispute Resolution Chamber, but there's no date yet."
After this website published the story on March 20, questions were raised about whether BTM or Spurs were still paying the player, of if he was released.
Mapulane responds: "People like talking about things they know nothing about.
"We had an agreement with the player, and we are talking about a signed agreement. After we had agreed with the player that we will no longer continue using him, he requested to stay and continue training.
"And the boy was okay with it saying, 'It's fine with me, you can sort me out with food and allow me to continue training to get fitness. The boy was staying at our clubhouse for free.
"We were letting him go [but] because he requested to stay on and train, then we allowed him so he could stay fit.
"So we hear all these things people are saying but our issue will be sorted by the DRC because we've got valid proof that 'this is what we agreed on, and then this is what happened'. The player was not honest with us if I can tell you the truth.
"After we made an agreement that we will not continue registering him or paying him going forward... we signed that down. But after... maybe because of hunger and wrong advice, the player went to DRC claiming we owe him.
"Unfortunately by that time I was personally not around, I was out of the country when the date of the DRC sat, of which the DRC took a decision that the player must be paid. It's fine that happened.
"I came back because I was the only one who was in possession of that proof. We wanted to talk with Celtic first. But unfortunately Celtic didn't want to talk to us. So we said fine, let's take the matter to the League. The DRC will make the final decision.
"After we drafted the contract, his contract was not complete. He requested to take the front page. The front page and the last page is the one he took to the Players' Union. So the PSL punished us because of that [incomplete] information.
"We've got 99% chance of winning this case. We've got all the proof. We've got all the facts. Now because I'm back, I will take it on personally. The League has contacted me to acknowledge that they have got our request.
"Once this is sorted out, no one should run away, we must accept defeat. We are ready, they can even call us tomorrow, we will go and present our case.
"What we want to get out of this case is... the way this boy has acted, the money the DRC fined us must come back. Because we paid him money he didn't deserve. He knew we were not going to use him."
Nyamende's contract with BTM is said to be expiring at the end of this month, June 2020.
Celtic could also be docked points if they are found guilty by the League. Nyamende played in the following fixtures for Celtic:
