The two sides drew the first leg 1-1, meaning a goalless draw or win for Amakhosi will see them take a step closer to defending their title.
But Celtic come into the game on a high, having beaten Orlando Pirates 1-0 in the Absa Premiership on Wednesday despite resting nine first team regulars.
Komphela says these factors will make the Free Staters a very tough nut to crack.
“We acknowledge that they come well prepared,” the coach says. “Their 1-0 win over Orlando Pirates in midweek has given them a psychological advantage as they didn’t field some of their key players. These have now fresh legs to take us on.
“[But] we must just go out on the pitch and do what we do normally. We will attack sensibly, defend sensibly and get sensible results.”
