The Free Staters are on a high after beating Orlando Pirates 1-0 in the Absa Premiership during the week, despite making nine changes to their starting line-up.
Celtic face Kaizer Chiefs in the MTN8 semifinal second leg tonight, having drawn the first match 1-1 at home, and Lamola says everyone is desperate to get to the Final.
“I have never seen such spirit in camp since I arrived here at Celtic,” he tells snl24.com/kickoff. “There is a great mood and vibe.
“I have never played in a final before and I’m sure there are other guys who are in the same boat. It’s our dream to play in the MTN 8 Final.”
Focusing on the game against Chiefs, Lamola says: “It’s going to be tough game. This time a draw is not going to be enough, but with a collective effort I have no doubt that we will beat Chiefs.
“It’s going to be up to the team selected for the match against Chiefs. The other guys did it against Pirates, and that shows the quality we have in the team.”
