Khuzwayo broke two bones in his hand on the eve of the Carling Black Label Cup loss to Orlando Pirates on August 1.
Itumeleng Khune has since regained the number one jersey at Naturena, with Reyaad Pieterse currently providing cover for the Bafana Bafana captain.
“Brilliant Khuzwayo has been given the all clear by the medical team to resume full training,” Amakhosi's physiotherapist Dave Milner told the club's website.
Meanwhile, centre-back Erick Mathoho will continue to be assessed ahead of Saturday's MTN8 Final with Ajax Cape Town in Port Elizabeth.
'Tower' hurt his shoulder in Bafana Bafana's 3-1 loss to Mauritania in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on September 5.
“Mathoho is under assessment and will be constantly monitored ahead of this weekend’s MTN8 Final,” added Milner.
David Zulu, Daniel Cardoso, Simphiwe Mtsweni and Philani Cele remain on the sidelines for the Soweto giants with their respective knocks.
