The tie is currently deadlocked at 1-1 with Amakhosi having an advantage of an away goal.
However, Larsen tells snl24.com/kickoff: "The pressure is on them. If we score first we are in the Final and if they sit back they will be inviting pressure to them.
"So either way if they play attacking football they will be opening up spaces for us to score. So the pressure is on them and if we score two goals then they will need to score three to advance."
The Glamour Boys' defence has been less resolute in the early stages of the season in comparison to last term, when former skipper Tefu Mashamaite playing a key role in their League and MTN8 triumphs.
Siyanda Xulu has since replaced Mashamaite at Naturena and will naturally need time to develop his partnership with fellow centre-back Erick Mathoho.
While Larsen feels Chiefs are still settling he says nothing much has changed at the back for Steve Komphela's outfit.
"Like I said before it is not a new defence it's only one new defender [Xulu]. Obviously they are not strong as they were last season," Larsen says.
"So there is a chance for us to get something. They are not settled yet as a team and we showed that we can compete with them in the first leg."
Meanwhile, Larsen is pleased with the depth of his squad which was illustrated in their 1-0 win over Orlando Pirates in the League in midweek. Phunya Sele Sele claimed the points after Larsen made eight changes to his team following a 1-1 draw with Platinum Stars.
"It's a good headache to have, we always look at the five big teams in the country to have depth. This time we have depth in all the departments but we are still a work in progress."
