The teams will contest tournament honours on September 19, with De Sa expecting a stern test from the decorated champions.
"It will be a difficult one for sure," De Sa told his club's website.
"Kaizer Chiefs are League champions, a team with immense pedigree. They are a team that doesn’t lose many finals, but we are looking forward to it.
"Our youngsters are getting another experience. So early in their careers, getting two cup finals’ in such a short space of time.
"Hopefully we’ve learnt from the last one, so that we can put on a better showing and hopefully also turn the result around from the last one,” he added, referring to his side's Nedbank Cup Final loss to Mamelodi Sundowns last season.
Meanwhile, De Sa is pleased with the outfit's progress since his arrival at Ikamva in February last year.
"It’s been tough to get to another final. Firstly, to finish in the top eight was quite tough and then to play Orlando Pirates away from home and win, then to play Wits twice and turn the result around away from home was also very difficult.
"It has gone our way a bit, I thought in both games we rode our luck at times, but you need a bit of luck to survive in this game and to be successful.
"I’m very happy for the club as a whole, so congratulations to everyone."
