Royal AM chairperson and player Andile Mpisane has been putting in the hard work in the gym and is now looking lean and ready to represent the club!
The 22-year-old's trainer Sibonelo Mzobe took to social media to share footage of the progress his client is making in his fitness journey.

From running on the treadmill and doing plyometrics exercises to increase his explosiveness to lifting weights and working to craft a stronger core, Mpisane has been killing it!
The midfielder also looks like a lean machine and compared to his older pictures posted on Instagram, he seems to have made quite the progress as he strives to achieve the ultimate body.

Spending time in the gym is key in helping a footballer reach his/her full potential.
According to the International Soccer Science Performance Federation not only enhances performances but also reduces the risk of succumbing to injuries.
"Training for maximum strength gains in soccer may significantly affect the reduction of non-contact injuries in soccer," the organisation wrote on its official website."
"By incorporating on-pitch and off-pitch conditioning, emphasizing proper nutrition, and managing training load, athletes can enhance their performance, reduce the risk of injuries, and improve their overall longevity in the game," it added.
