The Premier Soccer League finally unveiled the Betway Premiership trophy and handed it to the champions Mamelodi Sundowns on Sunday in Tshwane.

Masandawana wrapped up their domestic league commitment with a 2-0 win over Carling Knockout Cup winners Magesi FC at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium on Sunday evening.
Brazilian talent Lucas Ribeiro Costa scored a brace that moved his league goal tally to 16, two ahead of teammate Iqraam Rayners, who has also been on fire this season.
Downs' 2024/25 title was their eighth consecutive league championship and their 15th in the PSL era.
They are ahead of bitter rivals Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs by 11 titles, with both the Soweto giants having won four, respectively.

Following the victory over Magesi, some of Sundowns' players, including Brazilian forward Arthur Sales were captured celebrating with their families.
