The Kaizer Chiefs technical team pair Cedric Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef has come out with high marks for what they have been doing as Nasreddine Nabi’s assistants.
It was Nabi’s preference to have Kaze and Ben Youssef as his two seconds-in-command when he took the job at the beginning of last season.

Ben Youssef came in during pre-season in Turkey, while Kaze joined in October in the aftermath of Fernando da Cruz’s decision to leave just two months into the job.
It has now been gathered Ben Youssef – who is Tunisian like Nabi – along with Kaze have dazzled with how they conduct their work.
When Nabi was suspended in January, Ben Youssef even stood in for two games.
His game preparation input has been good on the eye.
However, the brighter accolades have fallen on Kaze.
The Burundian is said to be detailed in his work from preparing for training sessions, ability to connect with analysts and scouts, monitoring performance and general conduct.
There was a huge influence from Kaze in the recruitment of Glody Makabi Lilepo, who has been impressive since arriving in January.
Kaze’s ability to converse fluently in English, French, and Spanish has made the dressing room warm up to him even more.
He also speaks Swahili, putting him as a perfect link for the East African players that have been targeted by the club, who include Feisal ‘Fei Toto’ Salum.

There has been a sizeable portion of the workload left on Kaze – who is CAF A Licence holder – in preparing for the pre-season, which will include a camp in Holland.
Kaze worked with Nabi at Young Africans but didn’t join him in Morocco.
