Sipho Mbule meets new teammates at Chloorkop

The Mamelodi Sundowns squad returned for pre-season training this week as the stars met new recruit Sipho Mbule while looking quite refreshed in the Chloorkop parking lot.

The story

Sipho Mbule met his new teammates at Chloorkop as the likes of Kennedy Mweene, Andile Jali and Musa Lebusa among others, all gave him a warm handshake to welcome him to the club.

In the backdrop of the whole meet-up was a range of stunning cars including, a Ford Mustang, Volkswagen Tiguan, and various Mercedes Benz and BMWs that belong to the players.

The focus on Mbule

Obviously, fans are most likely curious about Mbule's arrival on the training ground. The baller may be already familiar with the venue as he was based in and around the Pretoria area anyway before making the switch from SuperSport United at the end of 2021/22.

The playmaker appeared to be quite calm and he was rubbing shoulders with his new teammates. Jokingly, he had a haircut on his first day of training, unlike the first day he was presented as a Masandawana player.

Side note

Interestingly, Sibusisio Vilakazi was also seen during the meet-and-greet despite having been released by the DStv Premiership champions last season. Whether or not he has a new role at the side is yet to be seen, but it remains a logical possibility.

Your thoughts, please?

What are your expectations from Mbule in 2022/23?
