The winger was not the only former national team star to attend the tour, as ex-teammates during the Mzansi edition of the tournament, Teko Modise and Reneilwe Letsholonyane were also among the VIPS.

Minister of Sports and Arts and Culture Nathi Mthethwa was one of the most-notable attendees. Kaizer Chiefs defender Ricardo Cardoso was also present alongside celebrities such as Minnie Dlamini and Lamiez Holworthy, among others.
