It often goes understated how much Al Ahly coach Pitso Mosimane is revered in Egypt, and over the Easter weekend, the South African manager had some time to reciprocate that love.
The story
Families and communities in many parts of the world got together the weekend to celebrate Easter.
While the event means something different for many people, the essence of camaraderie and friendships remains a common trait of that particular period in the year and it is quite clear that the former Mamelodi Sundowns boss was not going to let that opportunity go by.

Lending a hand
Having already earned his legendary status in the continent, Jingles has not been short of exceptional since making the switch to North Africa.
An exemplary character in the sport, Mosimane extended his hands beyond the on-field instructions as he was seen helping out with parcels at a local community. The 57-year-old's face can be seen on the parcel's branding as well.
More good news
The ex-Bafana Bafana head coach is not new to awards given his glittering career as a tactician. After being nominated for a Nickelodeon award earlier this year, the Red Devils boss had bagged yet another one as he has been shortlisted for the Favorite Sports Personality award at the DStv Mzansi Viewers' Choice Awards 2022.
He faces stiff competition from the likes of South African sports stars such as Rassie Erasmus, Themba Bavuma, Benni McCarthy and Ntando Mahlangu.
