With the 2021/22 campaign now done and dusted, Mamelodi Sundowns star Pavol Safranko can get back to his usual outdoorsy ways, whether in South Africa or at home in Slovakia! Here's more.
The story
The striker has already begun raking up trophies in Mzansi as this season he got his hands on a treble after Downs won the DStv Premiership, MTN8, and more recently, the Nedbank Cup.
Outside of football, the 27-year-old considers himself to be a villager, and back in his home country, he is often seen in the woods where enjoying a range of outdoor activities including hiking.

A love for nature
Hailing from a small Slovakian town named Stropkov, the region is well-known for its attractive natural setting and it offers a range of things to do outside, including fishing and mushroom picking, according to Slovakia Travel.
Therefore, it makes complete sense that the centre-forward has an evident liking for the open air. Perhaps, unfortunately, Safranko hasn't been seen doing a lot of hiking since arriving in the PSL.
The marksman has been very coy about his off-field life since joining Masandwana, however, with the season now done - fans can be hopeful that they will see more of the player away from the pitch.
Did you know?
South Africa is the fifth country that the goal-poacher has played in after stints in his country of birth, Scotland, Denmark, and Romania.
