A re-energised baller
The former Maritzburg United star seems to have a new shot at life at Pirates after having struggled to find his place in the team last season.
In 2021/22 he only made three appearances across all competitions, according to Transfermarkt, but this season he has already featured once in the three DStv Premiership games played so far - a hint that new manager Jose Riveiro considers him a part of his plans in the current campaign.
His teaming up with Red Bull is quite fitting given that he seemingly has re-energised himself. Many other footballers are happy to see him win, as the likes of Bucs winger Vincent Pule, AmaZulu playmaker Keagan Buchanan, Maritzburg midfielder Travis Graham, and Sekhukhune striker Tshegofatso Mabasa all congratulated the Johannesburg-born star
