Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune and AmaZulu striker Lehlohonolo Majoro are really close friends off the pitch, and the Usuthu star's recent congratulatory message tells us all about their bromance.
Although we're unsure where the two stars met or became solid friends, we're quite certain that they began spending a lot of time together from July 2011 when 'Major' joined Amakhosi from AmaZulu.

Brotherly love
With the pair playing on opposite ends on the pitch, their juxtaposition on the field is an inaccurate representation of how in-tune they are with each other as people. On various occasions, we've seen the duo hang out at each other's home, with December being the last time the two were seen on a getaway trip together, along with some of their friends.
Their last trip involved some fun activities including quad-biking and boat-riding and Majoro was also present at Khune's birthday in 2021.
This week the Usuthu marksman congratulated Khune's wife on her new events planning business and posted a picture of the famed keeper with his partner waving in the background. "Congratulations on your new journey, Eminence Event Planner," Majoro wrote on Instagram.
While it seems unlikely that the two stars will ever wear the same jersey again, that matters very little in the grand scheme of things as they remain close with or without football.
Did you know?
Major has made 10 appearances for Bafana Bafana, per Transfermakrt.
Your thoughts, please?
Do you see Khune retiring without having played for another club?
